Pisgah stage race

I’ve only got a couple of races left this season and I’m still hoping for a great ride with which I can remember this year.  I’ve had some good results but I still don’t feel like I’ve been able to align fate and fitness for the total eclipse of pain, a sensation to which many of us can attest.  I’m sitting out the Fool’s Gold this weekend due to illness but I’m plotting for the Shenandoah 100 and the Pisgah Stage Race to which I’ve recently committed.   The Pisgah Stage Race will be three days of the most incredible riding on Earth.  The racing should be legendary.  I’ll admit to a bit of a home field advantage but I’ll have to wait until we hit Turkey Pen Gap on Stage 2 to find out how much.  All climbs are rideable although I might not recommend it.  I’ll give my take on the stages soon, right now my attention has been turned to the race in Windham where Willow has dropped Pendrel on the last lap after coming back from a flat.  She is really showing what she can do this year with a new coach.
