The knee injury has made this season very slow and uneventful thus far.  I have been riding this week, but i think i need to take a break, R.I.C.E a bit more and hit treadfest hard.  On the maiden north trails ride we were able to get this team shot.  to bad we forgot the 29er crew kits.  next time…….
