Meet T-bone. He was one of the first guys in the area to throw a leg over a singlespeed, and a 29er one at that. You can check out his writings at 29 & Single.
What flavor 29er do you ride? I have an 05 GF Rig (the purple one), and a new 08 Paragon.
Rigid or Suspended? I roll with suspension. I tried riding rigid on my fixed gear MTB and noticed that I held on too tight. It was giving me arm pump so I ditched that idea.
Geared, single or fixed? Mostly Single Speed, but I like my geared bike on occasion.
Black or Tan? Black AND Tan
Favorite place or trail to ride your 29er? Swanson Park in Bellevue NE and Lake Manawa in Council Bluffs IA are my favorite local places. Tons of corners to rail those 29er wheels.
What do love most about 29er’s? The thing I like most is how hard you can corner a 29er. Sometimes I surprise myself at the amount of traction a 29er can deliver.
What’s your goal this riding season? To ride a lot of new trails and keep it fun.
