Another fresh Ferrous is taking on the singletrack. The Waterloo paint shop did another fine job with the factory re-paint. Who’s the lucky girl? Charlie, shop manager at the Trek Store in Omaha. For all you folks who don’t think 29ers are for the vertically challenged, well, Charlie’s about 5′2″ on a good day and she rocks it. Sweet ride. Check out the ghost/stealth downtube graphic.
Totally agree. That thing looks sweet, especially with the saddle. I think “shorter” people are often under sold on the 29er thing which is a total bummer. I understand how they might look proportionately more appropriate for a larger rider, but the wheel advantage doesn’t change with height. Thanks for posting.
