Breaking into spring

Howdy 29er world.

 After an incredibly long winter here in Nebraska the ice has finally melted and the trails have finally dried out.  First dirt of the year has been touched.

Over the winter I was lucky enough to get a sweet new pair of the Bontrager Duster Rhythm rims built up.  After a couple of good days on dirt I can say the wider rim definitely improves tire performance.  I’ll be starting off on the Jones Dry X’s, the fastest 29er tire I’ve ridden.

The pedals will be turned in anger this weekend.  Looking forward to racing with new 29er teammates Cam and Liz.
