Incredible ride, the new 29
Rode the Superfly first time last week and it’s da bomb, from tight single track to a loose, sketchy climb it makes riding fun here in New England. Our racing season starts next week, great EFTA mtb time trial/season opener, certain sections of this course are just going to be much quicker on the 29.
Great to be a part of this team, read the post stating how cool it would be to ride together and I am with that one. 29er’s getting big here on the east coast, especially the single speed guys like Thom Parsons chasing you up a climb while you spin a 26/32.
Going to be a fun year.

Thanks for the insight on the 29ers. I am convinced this is my next bike. Could you make the distinction between the Fisher Cobia and X-Caliber? I am riding a Big Sur and want to move to a comparable level of componentry. Frame for frame seems the same. The Big Sur has been phenomenal. I am completely stunned at the level of quality on the Fisher’s being so far advanced from the BMX bikes I rode for years. Amazing.
