So I looked at the forecast and the weather predicted no rain after 8 a.m.  As usual, the predicition was 100% accurate… until 10 a.m..  As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the rain started to come down and didn’t stop….Typical New England weather! Anywho This was my first race of the season and my first race on my new-shiny Hi-Fi Pro. The Pro-open field had a huge turn out,which was great! I started in the last row which was ok because I didn’t have high expectations for the day,but after the first lap I found myself comfortably in 6th place! I thought “WOW this is cool! “After 4 laps I finished the race a respectable 5th place. My bike performed Flawlessly! My fitness could use a little work…..but It is only April. Congrats to Teamate Andrew Freye taking the win for the day seconds over Tim Johnson. Nice Job Andrew!!!
