It’s Good For You

I have been coaching a ski team all winter, so needless to say I have not been on the bike since cross season ended. Of course I still did my commute to work which is a whopping 3 miles.  My winter hybernation coat is nice and thick and my dryer seems to have shrunk all of my pants. I am still waiting on my SuperFly (insert superfly theme song), so the past couple of weeks have been out on my single speed and road bike. It feels really good to get back on my bike and I would be lying if I said it didn’t hurt.  I am excited to be a part of this 29er crew. It seems we have a great mix of individuals and it is too bad we all live so far a part because we would have one dynamic group to go on rides with. I will leave you with my boyfriend Matthew’s,  favorite saying when he turns up the hardest route or steepest hill….”It’s good for you”.
