Well I was never one for Christmas, BUT I’m willing to bet that today’s events would rival the feeling a child feels on that day in late December . . . (more…)

Poppa Fish Visits Connecticut
By Fisher Guy | 30/03/09 | 11:05 AM
The original 29er zealot, Mr. Fisher, was in Connecticut this past weekend at the Trek of Connecticut grand opening. While there he squeezed in a ride. Per usual, Gary makes a solid wardrobe choice.
Moab Baby!
By jhilimire | 29/03/09 | 7:22 PMJust got back from a 95 mile tour of Moab! What an awesome experience.
| From Moab Rim Ride |
I’m left speechless on the terrain, views, friends and riding that I experienced. The superfly chewed up and spit out everything that was possibly thrown at her. I can’t wait to test her race legs this season at Ouachita Challenge next weekend!

Wait for it…
By gkuyper | | 6:21 PMAs always the mtb season takes forever to get here. I have been faithfully plugging away at the pedals and having a blast doing it. The dirt is just starting to thaw and dry out which means miles of carbon fiber fun will be had on the Superfly SS. I feel great on the bike, and have been logging more miles than last spring without any knee meet tree type of problems. I should have a lot of fun at Yankee Springs TT. Just for fun I decided to enter a road TT, aerobars and the like are kind of foreign to me, but after playing with a buddies TT bike for a few hours this week I decided to give it a shot. I ended up first in my age group and 2nd overall for a surprising result. I also caught wind of a dominating performance from fellow 29er crew, the Simonster, in Barry Roubaix yesterday. It’s an honor to share the jersey with all of you for another year. Now its back to being patient…sort of.
I am ready to ride!
By Bruno LaFontaine | | 4:58 PMHello all,
It is frustrating for me to see a lot of you riding your bike all year long or so. In the town of Quebec, there’s still snow everywhere. I did this winter some x-country skiing and snowshoeing but now it is enough and I am ready to ride my bike outside. No more rollers or spinning session!! I will confront the cold. This weekend was very good to ride with a temperature of 50 f. It was my first ride 2009 outside and I saw many cyclists riding like me.
Some weeks ago, to keep my competition instinct, I team up with a friend to do a Pentathlon ( winter bike- running – x-country skiing – speed skating and snowshoeing). It was very interesting. It is big annual winter classic and more than 1000 peoples was there to participate in the beautiful Quebec City downtown.
We were very happy to finish 2nd for our first participation but when the official results came out, we had a penalty of 3min because we missed 1 lap of the 19 laps of speed skating. We finally finished 4th because of that. Anyway, this race was a pure pleasure with a great atmosphere.
I expect to ride my superfly in about 1 month.
Happy trails.
do it on a 29er or a Madone.

By stork | | 7:20 AM
My long time riding buddy & adopted younger bro. TJ & i got another test & tune ride in on tuesday evening. Both of us had made minor changes to our bikes or equipment, so we rode hard but had to make a few stops to adjust things. Several stops are uncommon for us (except for TJs normal first 1/2 mile seat adjustment- how it always needs raised/lowered is beyond me??) It turned out to be the evening of the shoes. Yea both of us finding ourselves sitting on the side of the trail making adjustments to our cleats. (more…)
